Parkside Deli opened its doors on Ashford Avenue with a simple conviction: that people in this community deserved a place where sandwich-making was treated as a craft, not a commodity.
Every loaf is baked in-house. Every cure starts from raw meat and salt. Every vegetable comes from a farm we know by name. It takes more time and costs more — but the result is something you can taste.
We're not trying to be anything we're not. We're a deli. We make sandwiches, we serve coffee, and we take pride in doing it well.
